Fees: $6,900.00

  • What's included:
  • Exclusive use of the mansion and grounds for your wedding (5 hours).
  • A Dream Wedding coordinator services (30 hours).
  • 2 hour wine and cheese reception the day of arrival.
  • Daily gourmet breakfast for all in house guests.
  • Complimentary additional room night for bridal couple in the Presidential Retreat (Thursday or Sunday)
  • $25 credit per room per night for spa treatment services.
  • Indoor Cherry Wood Parquet Dance floor.
  • Digital Sound System.
  • Requirements / Additional Costs:
  • Friday - Sunday: Minimum of 17 rooms for 2 night commitment.
  • Monday - Thursday: Minimum of 13 rooms for 1 or 2 night commitment.
  • Couple may choose to pay for the rooms or guests may pay individually.

  • Caterers and equipment rental from our preferred vendor list.
  • 50% deposit required.
