EXPERIENCE A Dream Day has coordinated over 400 weddings, which means that our experience and expertise will be applied to your wedding. We are not practicing on your special day!
FOCUS Coordinating perfect events is our full-time business, so we will be available to assist you at any time during the week. Because we are not trying to balance wedding coordination with another job, our entire focus is on you and your wedding.

We have relationships with the best providers in the area, and we are knowledgeable and connected within the industry. This rich experience will benefit you and your beautiful ceremony and reception!

Coordinating a stunning and elegant wedding requires extensive experience, relentless attention to detail and a total commitment to the client’s vision. It also requires patience, diplomacy, responsiveness and a comprehensive network of resources. Suzy Berberian offers all that and more.
Suzy began her career in event coordination more than a decade ago in Santa Barbara, California, coordinating radio promotions for seven Clear Channel radio stations and concert promotions for the Santa Barbara Bowl. In 1999, she moved to San Francisco and became Event Manager for PIER 39 at Fisherman’s Wharf, the City’s largest shopping and entertainment venue, where she created and produced everything from community, charity and media events to large-scale public celebrations including San Francisco’s annual 4th of July and Fleet Week events.
But it was wedding planning that was Suzy’s passion, and in 2003 she became Catering Sales Manager at Auberge du Soleil, the premier luxury resort in the Napa Valley. Over the next four years she worked with more than 400 couples to create, produce and coordinate some of the most beautiful and elegant weddings in Wine Country. In the process she has developed one of the most extensive and robust networks of vendors, site managers and support professionals in the wedding industry. In 2005 Suzy trained with the Court of Master Sommeliers and passed their Certified Sommelier Exam, making her one of the few, perhaps the only, wedding coordinator in the country who is also a certified sommelier and further enhanced her expertise in the food and wine realm.
Suzy holds a degree in Communications Studies and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She and her husband, Ryan, have their home in Petaluma, California.
